1. Returns and Refunds
At ULX Studios, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines when and how you can request returns and refunds for products and services purchased from us.
2. Physical Products
Return Period: You may return physical products (such as merchandise) within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price.
Condition Requirements: Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact. Products showing signs of use or wear cannot be accepted for return.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (such as shipping the wrong item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for your protection.
3. Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, we generally do not offer refunds on digital downloads, templates, or other digital content once the download has been initiated.
However, if you are experiencing technical issues with a digital product, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of purchase, and we will work to resolve the issue or provide a replacement.
4. Services
Custom Services: For custom creative services (design, development, etc.):
- Cancellation before work begins: Full refund minus a 5% processing fee.
- Cancellation after work has begun but before delivery of first draft: 75% refund.
- Cancellation after delivery of first draft: 50% refund.
- Cancellation after client revisions or approvals: No refund.
Project Management Services: Project management subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Refunds are prorated based on the unused portion of the current billing cycle.
5. Refund Process
Initiating a Return: To initiate a return or request a refund, please contact our customer service team at returns@ulxstudios.com with your order number and reason for return.
Processing Time: We will process your refund within 5-7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item(s) or approving your service cancellation. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Shipping and Handling Fees: Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
6. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
Please provide photos of the damaged or defective item to expedite the process.
7. Exceptions
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Custom-made items specifically created for you
- Sale items or items purchased with promotional discounts greater than 30%
- Gift cards
- Services that have been fully delivered and accepted
- Products or services clearly marked as non-refundable
8. Cancellation Rights
For customers in certain jurisdictions, you may have additional statutory rights to cancel your order. If applicable law provides for a longer cancellation period than stated in this policy, the statutory period will apply.
9. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page with an updated effective date.
